Team Coaching programme aimed at establishing a strategic executive vision for professional photography and audiovisual training, on the basis of the following objectives: establishing a set shared values, defining the vision and mission clearly, interlinking different perspectives, making the most of everyone in the organisation and creating synergies between the various stakeholders. This programme culminated in the drawing up of the strategic and operational components required to fulfil the stated mission.
