Individual Coaching programme for team leaders, designed to encourage the uptake of new cultural behaviours, through recognition and integration. This programme was part of a Change Management project.

Co-facilitation of Group Coaching programmes for developing leadership skills and coaching for Project Managers and Team Leaders. The programme consisted of six modules that covered the following topics: Leader in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world, Team Development Dynamics, Communication, Change Management, Personal Leadership and My Vision as a Leader.
